Madame Rojo is a thrilling and eclectic band originating from the Costa Brava. Led by the singer and writer Mar Rojo, the group has forged its identity through a unique fusion of musical styles from rap, reggae and rumba to country and rock. The band emerged strongly by winning an emerging bands contest in Palamós, marking the beginning of their rise in the local music scene. A significant milestone was when Madame Rojo had the honor of sharing the stage as the opening act for the renowned band Zoo at the Porta Ferrada festival.

Over time, Madame Rojo's musical evolution led to a change in their format. Formerly known as Marmara, they transitioned from a more acoustic focus, to incorporating drums into their sound. This significant change was also reflected in the band's new name, Madame Rojo, capturing the renewed and vibrant essence of the group.
