Thelee is an audiovisual project that seeks to reclaim and update the “Big Beat” – the British dance electronic music that conquered the world in the mid-90s – on a musical, visual and conceptual level; recovering the television imagination of the decade.
With clear influences from Fatboy Slim, Chemical Brothers, Justice or The Prodigy and through synthesizers, loops, guitars and breaks; The duo invites the public to an experience full of visual and sound power. Together with the multimedia content projected by various analog televisions synchronized with music, they expand their aesthetic and conceptual universe. In 2021 Thelee published their first EP "Visions" (Basement Records) and they will soon present more singles from their new work that will be published in 2025.
